Rode a bike as a kid every where l went. Stopped riding when l started driving. Started back at 30.
High Cholestiral and Blood preasure at 47. Try to keep my weight down. 6-4 210. Drive a truck 5 days a week. So l need the exercise. Ride with a friend l work with some and a trainer inside during the week. used to ride with a local bike goup. Done Assault on Mt. Michell 5 times. Didn't make it the last attempt.
Just enjoy riding. lts part of my life.
