Trek 7.3 FX mostly for crosstraining and conditioning. I am 49, but look 39 I have let myself get out of shape (gained 50 lbs) and am beginning to weight train again with additional treadmill, elliptical, and indoor recumbent for training. Some plyometrics with balance ball also. I want to get back in shape and look forward to warm weather again so I can include cycling. If my conditioning goes well, I would like to get into longer road biking. I may purchase a TREK 2.3 this summer depending on my progress. My main hobby is golf. I thought this site would be good to help better educate myself on the sport of cycling.
