hello
Hey, I'm new here, been trolling for a while and decided i might as well sign up as any mechanical question i type into google seems to take me to an answer on this forum, and it obviously has a very wide variety of cyclists with different interests and specialties. I guess if i had to classify myself as a cyclist i would fall into the commuter/bike as transport anywhere and recreation category...if that is indeed a category. I also love working on bikes, for myself, family, friends or to sell. I own 5 "not for sale" bikes: My Exage equipped shogun commuter road bike with rear rack/panniers/computer/"good" lights (to be seen), a carbon composite trek 2100, a bit small but easily my fastest bike, a late 80's bianchi campione d'italia:celeste, with celeste bar tape, housings, and toe clip straps(!). I recently bought a mid 90's marin xc hardtail, so i can do some "old fashioned" mtn. biking this spring, and I just finished overhauling a department store tandem from the dump (columbia double eagle) for cruising around on with the girlfriend and making our friends hate us. its awesome.
