    Arajudge - New

Hey, Currently have a bike but its a cheap hand me down "Mountain" bike. I recently have wanted to get into mountain biking. Need to get a new bike but i have no idea where to start. Where would be best to discuss that?

Other then that at the current moment other then wanting to get into mountain biking i listen to a lot of music and as an ultimate future goal i want to get into some kind of psychology.

I've had several since 1999 but have settled on my beloved 2001 Litespeed Tuscany and my latest, a 2015 Cannondale Supersix EVO

    Welcome to BF.
You might also want to stop by the NorCal Regional subforum and meet some of the locals.

Life isn't measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away.

    Welcome to Bike Forums, AraJudge!

Might want to check out the FAQs: http://www.bikeforums.net/forumdispl...ain-Bike-FAQ-s

Hardtails are really good to start out with because it disciplines you on how to pick your line, thus learning how to handle your bike over various obstacles vs. blasting over them with a FS bike.
