hi i'm james, i live in san diego. I ride for tt1 and i'm from the UK. doing a Phd in Spanish history, looking at sport (and cycling) as tools of nationalism.

Do you ever use your bicycle as a tool to get out and view some of the places in the history of nationalism? I use mine to view places of settlement-era history in the Great Lakes region of the U.S. (www.spokesrider.com)

of course i do, that's the great part of my job, riding in the Catalan Pyrenees and putting it down as research!
