This year I started to get myself back in shape. Started working out and eating right 3 weeks ago. Lost 15lbs at my 3 week weigh in and going strong. The new part of my exercise plan is road biking. I picked up a new road bike and a trainer last week.
This is new to me so I have a lot to learn and a way to go to get my legs and cardo in shape for biking but i'm in it for the long haul.
