Hi from Minnesota.
My name is Marv., I found this forum while surfing the internet. I cycled most of my life, riding in
century rides every year,and did some criteriums, but i hit age 62 five years ago, hung my bike in
the garage, and never looked back. I jumped on the scale in Dec. and found that my weight has
jumped from 185 to 210. I decided to do something about it, I purchased a Kurt Kinetic indoor
trainer, and will do my best to stay off the cookies and cake, and start training. I hope to do a
century ride in the spring, but this is Minnesota, and you wonder if spring will ever come. I enjoyed reading the various threads, it fuels my desire to get out there and cycle.
