Hello, from Cypress, CA
Hi everyone my name is Jan i'm 23 years old and i've been riding for about a month. I used to ride bikes as a child up until I found aggressive inline which I did for 8 years. Now i'm settling down and want to get back into biking and getting on the road.
I currently ride a single/fixed gear bike which, bleh... now i'm getting **** for. I didn't know so many people hated single/fixed gear riders. I seriously was discouraged to even go out and ride after all this talk. But, I know it shouldn't bother me because riding a bike is riding a bike. I see no difference except that "they" think fixed gears are for "cool" kids. I'm not trying to join a band wagon I just got back into riding a bike and it was the first thing that caught my attention. I had no idea there was so much history behind it all.
Anyways, I didnt mean to rant. I hope to learn and share experiences of my new riding journey.
