I'm fairly new here, and thought I should introduce myself. I've been riding bikes for a long time (haven't we all), but got kind of crazy about cycling about a year ago. Now I'm on a bike pretty much all the time - it's rare for me to go for more than a day without riding somewhere!
Here are some things I like:
- Long distance road cycling
- Fixed gear riding
- Ice biking
- Bike commuting from Denver to Boulder and back
- Using a bike as economical and eco-friendly transportation.
I'm hoping to do some pretty fun stuff in the next few months; I'd like to do (another) single speed century, some 100+ mile day trips around the Front Range, and get the Denver-Boulder bike commute down to something faster, more frequent, and (hopefully) safer. I'm always looking for new routes for exploring Colorado by bike.
When I'm not on a bike, I'm a PhD student in philosophy. Almost done!
