Hello. My name is Kris. I've recently celbrated a 100lb weight loss. Starting at nearly 400lbs, I'm now at 280lbs. I've got a ways to go to reach my 200lb goal, but how liberating it is to be able to walk and be out with my family and buy clothes at a normal store. My Dr. recently suggested bike riding as a new form of exercise as I expressed to him recently I felt my current exercise had become somewhat stagnant. So I'm here to basicaly lok for suggestions and input on bike type and how best to use a bicycle for weight loss. This will not be my only excercise, but something I want to incorporate a few times a week.
That's my story. Hope to be able to make some new friends and get some great advice.
