Hello
Hi everyone. After having been off a bike for about 10 years, I made the leap last week and picked up a 2009 Giant Seek 2. I'm looking forward to getting in shape and making my 10 mile commute more relaxing and using it as an opportunity to also get a workout.
Cheers!

Welcome. Nice bike. Commuting by bike is a great way to get in a daily workout.

Wow, you sound like you could be my dopple. While I stuck with my 80's schwinn mirada, I did end up dropping a nickle rigging it up for commuting. My 700 calorie commute is way too easy and peaceful, 2mi. of private road, and 8.1mi. of an old deserted train bed paved bike path. I agree with RonH, getting in great shape while on company time makes it all the more worthwhile. Best of luck!
