Hello From Wichita Kansas
I have made it 2 weeks of riding a bike to work. It is only 1.5 miles or so, but I feel great! I earned myself a new bike and look forward to many more quiet mornings before everyone wakes. I am new to using it as a form of transportation instead of recreation. I hope more people will do this too. Infact I think I even encouraged one of my former bosses to do the same thing.Thank you and am looking forward to your stories and advice.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the commuting! You can see how much the 1.5 miles does for your enthusiasm, hope that continues to grow and you end up riding more on the weekends!
