Hi everyone. I'm a 41 year old who is just getting back into cycling after a long time out of the saddle. I have spent the last few weeks on the turbo trainer and have noticed a big improvement in my fitness, so with the better weather now I'm back out on the road. I have a bit of a target to aim for, in that, I'll probably be doing the 'Ring of Kerry' (112 miles in one go) in about 10 weeks.
So I'll probably be looking for loads of info regarding preparing for my first century, and this site looks just the right place.
