Out of shape Newbie in WI
Hi guys, been lurking a while and now joined. I'm looking to get into shape, farm kid that moved off the farm and only does sales is not a good lifestyle :-(
I curently ride 3-4 miles with a 5 y.o. son and 6-7, some times more on my own a few days a week. Trying to work my way up to 20+ miles couple times a week.
