greetings from Chicago
New job has a gym/shower in the building, so I can once again ride to work, about 23 miles a day. My previous bike was stolen, so my budget was $100. I bought an old Schwinn for $80. Of course I'm already thinking about better wheels, cranks, etc.
Haven't ridden the train in over a month, and plan to participate in the Chicago triathlon in August. Joined the forum to find advice on... 1. body positioning (am i doing this correctly?) 2. nutrition (am I eating enough to properly fuel and recover?) 3. upgrading parts (can I go faster? more efficiently? without spending too much?) |
