hey everyone. its me again with a bigger goal.
if you guys dont know me, i posted a few weeks ago about a 200 mile bike ride that i completed in about 4 days with about 60-70 extra pounds of weight during the whole trip; this time, im looking to give an iron man a shot; however, i've looked online and cant find a good definition of an iron man...i know its a run bike swim and i know the distances. The only thing im not sure about is the interval...does anyone know if i have to do all 3 in one day, within a week? back to back in 3 days?
please help me out on this....im going to train for 3-6 months for this and then give it a try.
