Welcome.
Cruiser bikes are designed for comfort, not speed.
But to speed up what you've got, first try narrower, higher pressure tires.
Like Panaracer Paselas in a 26 X 1.5:

i prefer to stay comfort oter then have speed in our full cars city CASABLANCA MOROCCO

thankyou again im trying to see how to make a veltop if you have a steps of a bicycle canoy like veltop told me
