Trying to survive the heat in Florida. Hello!

Hello there! I joined up to get some knowledge on the latest and greatest in the world of bicycles and found the site via Google.

Again welcome.. We know the feeling.. We once lived in Florida. In the North one needs use the trainer during the Winter months. In Florida , those who struggle against the heat use the trainer in the Summer.
