I came across this site while looking up information about wheels for larger riders. I'm currently riding a Trek 1.2 (my first road bike), but also have a Trek Singletrack 800. Right now, I am riding anywhere from 100 to 200 miles per week, but the average is probably 150. When motivated, I commute, but often enough there are things to do that don't let me. I started riding seriously about a year ago, when I finally realized that my sore knee was from the running I was doing, and I probably shouldn't do that anymore So far, this new life of bicycling is as much fun as the old one of running, but you sure need to spend more time at it.
