I am new!!!

Hello everyone,

I am new to the cycling world. I recently did a 20 mile bike ride and made it through with out a hitch. I am now going to be doing a 50 mile bike ride that will take place next saturday. This is going to be a major ride for me since I just started riding last month...lol.

Well, here is a pic of my new bike:

Hopefully, when I become a bit more involved, I will get a better bike!!!

Anyways, I'm glad to be here and please wish me luck!!!

Welcome to the forums Lynnette, you will find much good advise for a new cyclist (or even for an old cyclist) here. Good luck on your 50 mile ride! That is quite a chunk of miles so soon in your cycling experience. I'm impressed!
