Does this frame look alright to buy?

It's a motobecane team track frame
and according to the seller
"The frame has slight damage at the head tube from a repaired dent. The repair is 100% functional but the paint is cracked slightly"
Here is a picture.

Do you think I'll have problems with the frmae if I buy it?

Hi Joey and welcome to Bike Forums.

Even though the head tube was repaired there's a reason why the paint cracked. I would believe at this point the head tube is now ovalized, which means there will always be some kind of looseness in there. Something I myself would never trust for it can be very dangerous.

Good luck
