Hey, all.
Just joined, have been riding a 15 yr old Huffy mountain bike for a year or so. Finally let loose of some cash last week and am now the owner of a 2011 Trek FX 7.3.
I qualify for the Clydsdale and >50 catagories. I used to run, Chicago marathon '04, NYC '05and Cincinnati '05 plus several half marathons and many many 5, 10 Ks. As the result of this pounding and arthritis, I'm looking at a total hip replacement ths fall/winter. So biking is about my only cardio option.
I've been lurking for some time, you have a great forum here and I'm looking forward to participating.
