I'm a newbie, not only to Bike Forums, but to any forum. I own a sports nutrition store and love weight lifting and various types of cardio. After several years without riding have started up again (both road and mountain biking). Although mountain biking is a blast I really love road biking, except for the agressive drivers here in Scottsdale, AZ. Anxious to learn more about conditioning programs, the mechanics of riding and the mechanics of the bike. Do about 10 - 12 mile rides now and want to improve upon that greatly. Probably too late to start training for this year's Tour de Scottsdale (72 miles). Look forward to learning more here at the Bike Forums.
