Hi Gladiator,

I had knee surgery last march (not related to cycling). After finishing my physical therapy, both my doctor and my PT really encouraged me to ride. My doctor is a cyclist and also got me to make the change from cage pedals to clipless. Of course, check with your doctor, but here's to hoping that you're back on the saddle soon!

Best,
Rob
