Greetings from Galena, Illinois

Hello to eveyone! I'm Justin.

I've been a long time lurker until recently: Checking out forums, searching and snagging answers without registering. The typical gig.

I've joined because I have a bike, 1981? Peugeot Vitus 181, that is too large for my geometry, and I'm looking for more in depth information on it.

Thanks in advance for the hellos and well wishes. Much appreciated.

Regards,

Justin

Ahhhhhhhhh, the start of the Stagecoach Trail, right outside your door - a great place to ride!

Welcome

Thanks!

Yes, I ride quite a few miles between Warren and Galena. Also, between Dubuque and Galena. Great hills and lovely backroads with light auto traffic. Beautiful in the fall.

I'm so jealous. I passed through Galena while riding the TOMRV. Plenty of hills + beautiful scenery = perfect place for riding. I wish that I could talk the "wife" into returning so that I could do some riding.

Welcome! I'm in central IL and have been meaning to come up and visit Galena. Now that I'm riding more, I have more incentive to come and ride that trail!

Welcome, Justin. An old friend of mine's family used to own a hotel in your town where Abe Lincoln used to stay.
