Hello Everyone...I just registered and just thought I would say hello...I was searching for some bike parts and came across this web-site and I have been reading alot of threads here over the past few weeks and I just have to say that there is a wealth of information here...

I am a soon to be 30 year old that is married and has two little boys...I used to ride bikes all of the time but I have been in an accident and some old sports injuries that have cause me some pain in my knees...I also need to lose some weight and that would help!!!!...But, I have tried to ride with my wife a few times and she has a hard time riding for any extended amount of time due to her bad ankles...We are a match made in heaven!!!!...We are both trying to get into better shape for health reasons and for our boys so we can keep up with them when they learn to ride and want to go all over...

Well, in closing I would just like to say thanks for letting me join your happy liitle club...
