Greetings to all from an adherent newbie!
Hi! How are you all doing?
I am a 21 year old college student 'very new' to road biking and 'fairly new' to USA.
I am planning to set out on a week-long solo biking and camping trip across utah(in fall break!) and I surely can use some good insight with it.
I am having a hard time in figuring out what bike should I buy and what all accessories like saddle bag, lights etc would I need. My budget is around $1000-$1500 for equipment.
Also, I would greatly appreciate any traveling tips regarding roads, campsites and packing that you might have. I plan to start out from Salt lake city, utah and go to Moab, utah.
