I'm 46 and was a big golfer and a part time runner. When I golfed I drank a lot of beer and smoked a bunch of cigars. Several friends recommended I try biking. After looking at how fit they were I decided to get on my buddies extra bike with the fancy, schmancy clip on pedals. Wow. I fell in love in five minutes.
Now I'm one month in with my new bike. I ride 4-5 times a week including a group ride on weekends. LOVIN IT. No more beer and cigars either! I feel fantastic and my only regret is not taking up this sport 10 years ago!
