I am now using cycling as my main exercise after many years of running. I'm in my mid-50's and feel like my conditioning is making a comeback and I really enjoy being out. I have a Trek Hybrid and a Giant road bike. I've become a fan of racing after watching the Tour for a few years. I joined here so I can continue to broaden my knowledge about cycling (while slowing down the broadening of my waistline ).
This seems to be a VERY active website and I'm glad I found it.
