Hi from southeast Louisiana !

Just joined this site , been reviewing post for about a month . Of all the forums , I believe there is a lot of knowledge here .
I started riding as a form of exercise , but count it to be a stress relief also .
I'm not a professional , just an everyday guy looking to shed pounds , and meet more great people !

Hello Steelponyrdr, welcome to Bike Forums.

What kind of bike(s) do you ride?

Starting out I purchased a used Roadmaster Mtb , since I purchased a Giant Taloner 1 29er , have some trails on wildlife reserve we can ride , once I get my bicycle legs back under me . Longest ride to present on rail trail , 30 miles . But that will increase

I drive triucks for Air Pro****s , off Chef , see them on Sundays . Yep , they move . Not the group for me either . I'm a Clyde , down from 315 , to 247 , and still trying to go down . Just started riding to get some cardio going . Been averaging about 15 mph over the 25 to 30 miles . Working on it tho ! Only get go ride 2 days a week , rest of the week is driving , with exercise at offload points .
Take care ,ride safe !
