Hello Newbie From New York here

HI I just got back into riding and have really enjoyed it I presently have a Trek 7500FX Hybrid that I purchased this summer but I am now thinking of upgrading down the line to a real road bike afer being out there every chance I have gotten this past summer I am looking forward to some bike tours next year but I think they would be done better on a road bike any suggestions?
