Introduction
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to say hello. I've been lurking around this site for a while now, ever since I got into (and completely addicted to) road cycling about a year ago, and now finally decided to contribute a little bit, maybe. Anyway, just wanted to say hello. By the way, my bike is a 2010 Madone 4.5 that I just finished upgrading to SRAM Force (did it all by myself, too).

Welcome!
Congrats on the bike! My gf just got the same bike too! I rode it once and it was light years ahead of my hybrid =O. Luckily it's all about the engine and since she's just getting started, i still have a safe advantage over her.
I cut about 1.2 minutes off of my best time on my daily route, 9 miles or so (would be significantly more, but the terrain is quiet hilly)
How did you like the upgrade? is there a discernible difference?

The upgrade is great. I was actually having some shifting issues with the 105 stuff that came on the bike originally (chain was hanging up between gears on the rear derailleur, I tried to fix it a few times and just couldn't get it right), so now the Force stuff just feels unbelievably smooth. It's a great bike.
