hi all, and Good morning ,

hi ,
I am pretty new to all this cycling stuff, only picking up a bike for the first time in 23 years this January.

It all started as an attempt at a local triathlon, and now I am hooked. Up until recently I was just a runner, happily found wandering over the local fells with my running club. Now i spend my time switching between my tri club, running club and family, what a juggling act.

I feel like I have come a long way in a short time, and am thirsty for more, so expect to find me asking lots of questions.
