Hello everyone,
I just joined this forum. I have been looking to purchase a new road bike after about 20 years (I was slightly ashamed at being seen riding an old and thoroughly rusted out mountain bike). I read many of the posts looking for ideas and recommendations. This forum really helped me to decide which new bike to purchase. I finally settled on a steel frame Bianchi Eros. I took her for a ride twice this weekend. The first ride was from the shop to my apartment, a 12-mile ride. The second ride was this morning along the coast to Pismo Beach. I must say I have made the right decision. The bike is wonderfully smooth, agile, and so much fun to ride.
