10 Years and 70 Pounds ago...

Howdy! (Not Minnie Pearl) I am now 10 years older and 70 pounds fatter... gotta' get the pedals moving... any tips for anyone having been here before? S.

Welcome redaxeguitar.
A few years ago when I was a kid of 58 I dropped 20 pounds over the summer with no changes to my diet. I was already eating healthy. All I did was ride 40-45 miles a day for 5-6 days a week. The rides included about 20 miles of hills. Got much stronger and was able to keep up with my 39 year old riding buddy.
