Just decided to get into some sort of shape.
I am a college student at Western Kentucky University, and I have rode BMX for a few years. I just bought an old AMF and decided to get into shape. I have been riding back and forth to class over the past week (classes just started) and over the past couple of days I've been riding around town. I took a pretty long (for me) bike ride today of about 15-20 miles. I'm hoping that this is something that I stick to, but I am loving every minute of it.
