Newbie, wobbly but dedicated in Florida
Hey everyone, this looked like a good place to hang for questions and answers concerning my newfound hobby/lifestyle change. It's been 30+ years since I've owned a bike of the pedal kind. My gf and I have been talking about getting bikes and doing the family ride thing on the weekends. We were down in Sarasota two weeks ago to meet her Mom and Brother who came up from Miami to pick up a new recumbant bike for her. Started walking around the store sitting on different bikes and fell in love with the Trek 7500. Albeit I wasn't in love with the price. GOTTA LOVE EBAY!! I'm the proud new owner of an 06' Trek 7500 now. Just got it back from the local shop her in town after they put it all together for me and added a bunch of extras on it. Two things... I promise to ride as much as possible and get my bike legs back AND not cry if/when I fall down n' go boom !

Nice bike it would set you back over $1000 new in the UK. Get those wheels turning you'll soon have those bike legs back.

Welcome to BikeForums.
Paying $929 MSRP for a decent bike bothers you? How much did you pay for that whatever that's shown in your avatar?
Do you put a price on your health or fitness?
Now man up and get out and put some miles on that new 06 Trek.
