Welcome to Bike Forums!! You are so lucky to live in beautiful Japan. I hear in some places you are not allowed to park the bike on the sidewalks so people hang them by the handle bars on fences and metal rails. AND!! Hardly anyone locks their bikes, the crime is so low. What bike do you have?
