Rollinonroubaix
Hello everybody!
Tonight I finally joined this forum. I live in the beautiful Ozark Mountain region of northwest Arkansas. It is a great lace to ride a bike. My family and I really enjoy riding our road bikes in this area. Mountain biking is something else I will take up later. I ride a specialized Roubaix and love it. I sold my motorcycle 3 years ago and bought my bicycle which I have been riding every since. I had a total knee replacement surgery on tuesday, March 8th. I am hoping this will help me enjoy riding even more.

The next couple weeks will be rough brother. I had my knee replaced November 8th, 2010. Feel free to read through my thread HERE... Don't push too hard the next couple weeks, but don't sit still. If you have home physical therapy, do exactly what they ask. And when you progress to outpatient therapy, it won't be much fun. You got a PM..
