Hello from Omaha.
My name's Nick and I go to school in Omaha but I am originally from central Minnesota.
Semi new to cycling but getting more and more into it as a way to stay in shape and get out from behind a desk. I run quite a bit but I can't do that seven days a week so every other day I'm on the bike for at least an hour and a half. I also ride to class everyday. I mainly ride around the airport here in Omaha and then out into some of the lesser populated areas (it doesn't take long to find the country here).
Currently I ride a Raleigh Technium. It's probably older than I am (21) but I don't really care, it's not going to get stolen when I have it locked up all day while I'm in class and it's decently light. I'll probably start to look at getting something a little more modern this fall if I can save up enough cash for one.
Looking forward to being a part of this community and maybe meeting a few of you guys on the road.

Its good to have you on board. I am a newbie here too and really looking forward to interacting with like minded people. Cycling is my hobby and I really enjoy it. Hope we will learn from each other in this forum.
