Will be getting back into cycling

Hi all,

I am recovering from surgery I had this past March 3rd to repair a ruptured Achilles tendon. I used to bike a lot but switched to kayaking about 10 years back.

I am looking forward to get back into cycling. Quite frankly, the idea of buying a new bike, and the memories I have of being in good shape hammering down the road are helping to keep my spirits up as I lay here on the couch with my leg elevated.

good luck with recovery. For some reason I pictured you kayaking down a two lane road.

Cannondale Synapse, it sounds fast and fairly comfortable. I had a Trek carbon fiber bike years ago.
