Temple student in Philly here. I've been riding for a few years. Mostly just commuting on my Giant OCR3. However, lately, mostly because I have not been able to run for a while due to knee trouble, I wanted to get more competent at the bike.
I just picked up a TCX1 as well So I was thinking, maybe get involved in some cyclocross. However, I must admit that I am a bit nervous about getting involved in group rides (road or otherwise) as I am insanely out of biking shape.
Perhaps there are some good training programs here on the site that could have me improve quite a bit?
