Hello from Wiarton
Hello everyone,
I just started riding again last summer. I hadn't ridden for about 50 years( when I was 16). The bicycle was my only means of transportation then. I am enjoying it now and have a passion for older 10 & 12 speeds. Weather permitting, I try to ride 3-4 times a week(only about 25 km each) to get in shape. I am glad to join this forum.

Welcome James. I started riding again at 55. I'm now 66 and having loads of fun.
