New to the site as well as the cycling world. Just got a Windsor Timeline for a beginner bike. Wanting to keep in great shape/stay lean. I'm 6'3 180lbs medium frame. Any advice or some apparel or anything else I should pick up would be much appreciated! Thanks guys
