Hello from Aubrey, Texas

Hello everyone. I am a 40 year old man and been riding bikes on and off over the years, but recently in order to get back in shape I have been riding on my 3 days off a week now for the last 3 months. Find it very motivating and quite a workout as well. I also write fictional books as my hobby and have been published since 2005. I work in the field of Information Technology.

I live in Texas now, but from Rochester, NY originally.

Howdy and welcome to the forums. I've ridden through Aubrey a few times, two or three times doing the Turkey Roll out of Denton and once on a randonneuring route. Some nice riding in the area.

Thanks for the welcomes! Yes indeed StephenH, the scenery in Aubrey and the Texas back roads like FM 1385 are long and 428 has nice curves and slight hills, but I am quite sure that can be found pretty much anywhere. Thanks GeoBigJon for this forum!
