Hiiiiii

I live in Staunton, Va. Very historical and hilly town. I know all the short cuts to stay on flat land until I rebuild my stamina I just bought a Navy Downtube Nova and came here to see what people are saying about this particular ride.
It has been a few years since I have done any significant riding. I was super excited when I stumbled upon the world of folding bikes. The first ones I actually did any research on were Citizen bikes, particularly the Gotham 2. Started checking out videos from NYCEwheels which brought me to Brompton (dream bike?), and Dahon. Anyway, I have to keep my purse strings a little snug, so was delighted to finally happen upon the DT Nova. We have exactly 52 (switchback) stairs to climb to 3rd floor apartment, so weight was also a deciding factor.
I just got it out of the box hours ago, put air in the tires and read that I should have a mechanic check it out. I can't make it to my local shop until Saturday...hmfp.
Thanks to all who have created great threads~
