Greetings from Columbus, Ohio
Hello fellow cyclists! Glad to join the forums. :D
I've loved bicycling and bicycles for many years. I started cycling in the early 70s in central Ohio. I joined local the AYH and did centuries and club rides, such as TOSRV, Midwestern Double Century, etc. I also raced with the local racing club, the now-defunct Franklin Bicycle Club Incorporated ("FBCI") for a few years. I still have two bikes from my youth: a 1972 Mercian Professional (which I rode to work today), and a Peugeot track bike (which I have on display in my office). Most of my riding these days is commuting, which I enjoy immensely. I enjoy riding vintage lugged steel bikes, and have several: Mercian and Peugeot track, as noted above, a '70 Bottecchia Giro d' Italia, an '84 Lotus Competition, two Bridgestone RB-2s, and a Raleigh DL-1 "Tourist" roadster. |

Downtown has become fairly bike friendly and has seen a huge growth in urban cycling and commuters. In the old days, before urban sprawl, the country roads started about a half-mile from my home. |
ahh I was over by Warren in Newton Falls. Definitely not cyclist friendly area, although now that I think of it I wish I had ridden out in the amish country in that area.

Howdy and welcome to the forums!

Tell me it's not true. Thanks, Tom Woodruff |
So. . . How can I contact his brother to offer condolence? Anyone? Thanks, Tom
