Hello from the Midwest
Long story short, I turned 29 on my last birthday and was tipping the scales at 236lbs. Remembering how much fun I had terrorizing my city on two wheels when I was younger I decided to buy a bike and do something about the extra 80lbs I'm carrying. I went out that day and bought myself a Trek 1.5T (It was on sale for just a few $$ more than the 1.2) and took off. Since then I've put 140ish miles on the bike since mid July and have been loving every minute of it.
I've been lurking your forums for a few days now and decided that joining has to be better than just reading. You seem to have a pretty nice community here and I'm looking forward to being part of it.
