Hi Everyone!
My name is Dennis Elston and I am new member to the forum as well as a new rider from Fontana, CA. I recently got in to riding around this time last year and have to say that I love it. I used to be a runner but lost interest when I started having knee problems. I use the forum on a regular basis for maintenance advice, since my bike is a late '80s Univega Road bike and a lot of the parts are old and need to be replaced.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi to everyone out there and hope to gain a lot of knowledge and friends from the forum.

Welcome to BF. You mentioned that you were having knee problems. That's because running is evil.
