Time for a change....

Hi everybody.

Well, I'm 42 and very upset.
I thought good life will do you good.
But it looks like the good life has made me obese.
(or maybe what I've lived lately wasn't a good life...?)

So, I need to do something before it's too late.....
I'll get back to riding the bike, I said.....like in my youth days.

I am very busy in my life, so the only way to get some bike riding it going to work.

I hope in time I'll get more free time to do more than just that.

Regards.

Chin up buddy.
The first step is admitting there is a problem.
The second step is deciding to do something about it.
The third step is to actually DO it.
So you are already on your way to a new life and feeling better about yourself. Plenty of help/advice/inspiration on this forum.
